Healthy Body Collective takes a holistic, long term approach to achieving health, fitness and mental well being. Home to personal training and psychology based therapy, this health collective is designed to empower clients to achieve sustainable health, weight management and fitness goals.

12 week challenges, fad diets and meal plans may work short term, but research shows that within 5 years, the weight is regained and sometimes more. Dieting is often associated with low self-esteem, guilt, food and body preoccupations and fluctuating weight. Yo-yo dieting is not a sustainable way to manage our health. Similarly, 12 week challenges are not designed for the long term, leaving us ill-equipped to manage our fitness in a sustainable way. The only way to improve our health long term, is to take a long term approach to training and movement, and to look into our relationship with food, ourselves, and our lifestyle.
